Hockey Night in California

It's not politics, but the NHL playoffs start next week. Now, nothing makes us happier than seeing the Neanderthal "traditionalists" of the sport choking on their poutine and Molson. And nothing produces that reaction more reliably than a team from somewhere like California taking home the Stanley Cup.

So, good luck to the San Jose Sharks, Los Angeles Kings, and Anaheim Ducks as they pummel one another to a bloody pulp in the coming weeks.
